In the past year, among other things, we have witnessed the great importance of maintaining uninterrupted communication in both the private and business parts of our life. For many, establishing and maintaining uninterrupted communication with their associates and beneficiaries is crucial, and this especially applies for us in PIN, where due to the nature of our work and needs of our beneficiaries it is very important that various communication channels function smoothly and are not an additional obstacle in our work in these overall challenging circumstances. In order to maintain continuity in our work and make our services more accessible and visible to beneficiaries and associates, in the previous two months, we focused on education related to online communication and visibility, as well as on improving various online communication channels.
